VMware announced SDDC Health Management Pack v2.0 for consumers of SDDC components.The VMware SDDC Management Health Management Pack 2.0 monitors the health of VMware SDDC components in the SDDC stack including the following
VMware vCenter Server
VMware vRealize Operations Manager
VMware vRealize Automation
VMware NSX for vSphere
VMware vSAN
VMware vRealize Business for Cloud
VMware vRealize Log Insight
So if you have a SDDC setup in your Production environment and you wanted to know the health status of all above listed SDDC components and their sub-components from one Dashboard, then you need SDDC Health Management Pack.
The Dashboard have multiple Widgets which links and reflects the Health status of all components/sub-components down to the node level within a cluster.

Few things you need to keep in mind while deploying the SDDC Health Management Pack
a. The interpretability of this MP with the SDDC Components. Check the support Tab on the above link
b. For vRealize Automation to show up in the Health Chart, make sure EP Ops agent(s) are installed in all components of vRA.
c. If you add additional Data nodes in the vROPs cluster, you would need to reinstall the SDDC Management Pack.
